Your rooms receive a referral with minimal patient data. A PDF or image is uploaded to ReferralPro from your desktop or practice workflow.
AI-powered OCR cleans the document, extracts demographics, and reads any attached imaging. It classifies the condition (for example, "likely knee osteoarthritis") and prepares patient-specific questions.
A secure SMS link is sent to the patient. They confirm their identity, update demographic data (including private health insurance), and answer AI-generated clinical questions tailored to their condition. For knee arthritis, this includes the Oxford Knee Score, functional limits, and red-flag symptoms.
ReferralPro compiles a clean summary for your rooms: demographic and funding details, key clinical scores (e.g. OKS), relevant medical issues (blood thinners, diabetes, smoking, BMI), imaging-derived insights, and personal context like home support and hobbies. You can triage in minutes.
